Welcome to Rivals. By accessing or using the Rivals platform you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Accounts

You must register an accurate account and complete the required identity and document verification. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Competitions and bids

Clients may publish competitions describing a project, its requirements, and a deadline. Providers may submit bids during the bidding window. A submitted bid is a binding offer for as long as it remains active. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the competition details; providers are responsible for their ability to deliver the bid they submit.

3. Awarding and obligations

Awarding a competition creates a commitment between the client and the winning provider to proceed in good faith. Rivals is a marketplace and is not a party to the agreement between client and provider.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to manipulate bidding, post unlawful or misleading content, circumvent fees, or use the platform to harass other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Fees

Where applicable, fees are shown before you confirm an action. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your transactions.

6. Liability

Rivals provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for the conduct of users or for the outcome of any competition. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
